Transparency

Transparency is vital when making the largest investment of your life. It is our mission to make the customer feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire build process. By being as open and honest as possible, we are able to obtain the most important component between the builder and client which is trust. We know every client has been dreaming of their forever home by compiling ideas and pictures from platforms like Instagram and Pinterest. We want to make sure the build process is as exciting for you as when you were collecting those inspiration photos. Building your dream home should be fun!

Consistency

Every house we construct, we pour our heart and soul into the build. We want our finished product to be as near perfect as possible, so we only use the best of the best subcontractors and materials. Our ultimate goal is for you to be ecstatic to move into and stay forever in your home!

Leadership

Majority of our builds are with clients building their first or second custom home. Communication and leadership that guide the new homeowners through the build process are critical as many have never been through this process before. Often times custom home builders hand off the clients to their teams once the sale is made. At St. Clair, we refuse to work that way. With a larger company, the builder becomes more disconnected with their clients and their build. For this reason, we have and will remain small in order for Sam, Adam, Curtis, Tommy, Kate, and our clients to remain in constant and direct contact. These homes are completely custom and very complicated, so we believe direct communication from the client to the builder and project manager is the best performing method.
